RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Cat Stole My Album are made-to-order and printed specifically for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the defect or damage

We will send a free replacement once the issue is verified.

WRONG SIZE
We cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of placing your order).
